Ellovie Kids was set up by mum to three Jacqui, and her own mum a couple of years ago and their aim was to provide high quality garments using only the finest materials and keep all the production here in the U.K. For their winter hand knits they use 100% U.K organic yarn, and for their summer collection they use pure irish linen from Ulster U.K, organic cotton and many other fine yarns.
Jacqui told us that she always enjoyed designing clothes from an early age and "lucky for me my mother was able to use a sewing machine and could run up some great dresses for me and my sister. I learnt how to knit and sew and have also made my three girls lots of clothes. I thought it was a good idea to design and have a collection produced in this country after becoming aware of the problems of clothing manufactures in the U.K"
Together they have produced a really lovely collection of clothes that are also environmentally friendly. "We are very proud of our planet and want our childrens children to appreciate it, so by keeping our manufacture to this country and all our knitwear created by hand we can help with your carbon footprint.
