Learning To Swim During Summer With Lido Swim School
Parliament Hill Lido is introducing a brand new Summer Swim School program for 2023. Come and take a dip in their refreshing waters and gain a distinctive experience, including the added advantage of cold water endurance. When swimming in cold water, our bodies have a tendency to react in an alternate manner compared to when we’re in a heated pool. All ages and abilities are welcomed throughout the Summer season to improve their swimming skills, build self-confidence, and have a good time while doing it.
